Site: Telemark consists of flat land of 190 acres (77Ha), which could be expanded up 730 acres (295Ha) and is located just some minutes away from Skien city centre. The site has one of Norway’s strongest substations less than one mile (1,2 km) away, with vast amounts of renewable electricity available. The city of Skien has a very strong tradition of power intensive industry including paper mills, chemical industry and production of silicon materials. 


The site is facilitated by Statkraft. The ownership consist of one private owner.

The total area is 1,000 Acres (400 Ha). The site is zoned for 6.800.000 square feet (630.000m2 ) datacenter buildings with a max height of 40 meters

The area is divided into three main plateaus. The primary area is located 246 ft (75 m) above sea level.  With topography of  6,4ft (+/- 2 m)
