The Data Center Site team is growing! 3 new colleges have just started.

Kathrine Langjord has started in the role as Global Sales Executive. She will strengthen our effort in attracting hyperscale data center entities to Norway.

We have been looking forward to get Kathrine on board which will bring new dimensions to the Host Norway team.

Based in the Lilleaker office, Kathrine is responsible for all marketing and sales activities of our data center projects. She has solid experience from sales management and comes from the role of sales manager in Voestalpine, a globally leading technology group.

 

Olav Falk-Pedersen has started as Senior Project Developer. He will strengthen our effort in developing data center site projects in Norway.

Olav will work with both development and realization of data center project in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. Olav has been project manager for several large national and international R&D project within the energy industry. His experience from design, construction and operation of process plants will be important in our work leading to realization of major industrial investments. The last four years Olav has been the manager of a regional business development initiative in the county of Vestfold, working closely with industry, official administration and senior politicians.

 

Dag Ivar Brekke, part time hired consultant, is helping us with selection of new data center sites. Dag Ivar is a trained architect and has several years of experience within zoning, real estate and industry development. Before starting his own consultancy Dag Ivar worked several years with data center site selection for Invest in Norway, the Norwegian Government’s investment promotion agency. Dag Ivar’s key tasks are identifying data center sites with hyperscale potential and advising on how to develop them into competitive offerings.
